In this course,
we introduce participants to the essential creative principles
and insights that lead them
to discover their own natural creativity. They bring that creativity
to bear in their workplace as they generate a powerful Game
Worth Playing. They learn how to implement their game by empowering
and effectively coaching their team mates.

This is an advanced program and requires a high level of commitment
and intention on the part of participants. It's about developing
yourself to be an extraordinary leader.

Day 1: Being-In-Communication
We notice that truly great leaders create environments in which
their people are empowered to step forward and become leaders
themselves. They have discovered that powerful communication is
actually a state of "being." These
leaders cause the future and empower others to do the same.
Day 2: Being - IT!
Explore the principles of "causing an idea's time
to come" and its application to real business situations.
Learn to use the "power of language"
consciously as a vital instrument in causing reality. Move from
engaging with concepts about being a great leader — to actually
"being" one!
Day 3: Being-in-Action
Learn to generate yourself, every day, in all situations as an
inspirational leader who creates new realities and inspires leadership
in others.
